Refunds and Returns

Right of withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a written communication to Italian Good Tasting, indicating the order data and the product to be returned.

 

Return conditions

The returned product must be in its original packaging and without any signs of use. The returned product must be sent to Italian Good Tasting within 14 days from the date of communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Reimbursement

Italian Good Tasting will refund the amount paid by the user within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user for

the purchase.

Shipping fees

The shipping costs for returning the product will be charged to the user, unless otherwise indicated by Italian Good Tasting. Shipping costs for the original product purchase will not be refunded.

Defective or incorrect products

In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the user has the right to request the return of the product within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case, Italian Good Tasting will replace the defective or incorrect product, or refund the purchase price to the user, at its discretion. The shipping costs for the return of the defective or incorrect product will be borne by Italian Good Tasting.
