What are the accepted payment methods?

Can I order a customized BOX?
For BOX or products not present in the SHOP try to send us an email to italiangoodtasting@gmail.com and we will try to satisfy you. We will evaluate your request and send you a detailed quote.
I would like to make a gift, can I enter an address other than mine?
Of course, by registering you will have the possibility to save as many addresses as you want, each with its own identification name.
How do I know if the order payment has been successful?
Contextually at the end of the purchase procedure you will receive an email with the confirmation that everything has gone well. If it doesn't reach you, check your spam, sometimes it ends up there. Otherwise contact us and we will provide you with the necessary assistance.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, of course, consult the Gift Vouchers section to buy one or to give it to a friend or relative.
What can I do if one or more products inside a BOX are not available?
We will contact you and offer alternative products at the usual value, or reimburse you for the missing products if the alternative products offered are not to your liking.
