Prices

Product prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice. The shipment of the product is paid by the buyer, except for specific promotions.

Orders

The order is considered complete only after payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping costs. The buyer will receive an order confirmation email.

Payments

Shipments

Product shipments are made by express courier and times may vary depending on the place of destination. The buyer can monitor the shipment through a special tracking code.

Warranties

The products are guaranteed according to current regulations. In the event of a defective product, the buyer must contact customer service no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

Returns and Refunds

The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. In the event of a return, the shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. The refund of the price of the products will take place within 14 days of receiving the return.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute concerning the purchase of products on the e-commerce site, the court of residence of the purchaser will be competent, if located in Italy. Otherwise, the Livorno court will be competent.
